  1. Cushioning in footwear at present , I feel is actually creating more instability for the ankle and creating
    more plantar fascial pain. Not sure cushioning is the answer. What are other people noticing in there practise?

    • I agree up to a point. I think the focus on cushioning has been damaging, and, if the overall design is poor, the shoe can be unstable. Goemetry is the key! Best Simon
