Hi Simon,
Clinically, we find a ratio of 6:1 (approximately) of female:male patients displaying a greater range of joint hypermobility (reduced lower limb tissue stiffness for the purists, and nobody else) . Agree with the pelvic width to height, added to a more frequent lower arch from ligament laxity in females.

Sincerely,
Andrew
