This is a useful resource, not only for clinicians who can use this video to better explain to patients the process and reasoning as to why they are undertaking orthotic therapy but also a great video to send patients who are about to undergo the process.

I do agree that the the shell of the device is the meat and potatoes of a device but do not agree that there is no difference between a full length and 33/4 length device. This is especially true when dealing with running mechanics. What is or is not added to the forefoot is critical to these patients.
