Tibial stress fractures

There are 2 main forms of tibial stress fracture: the more common posteromedial, and, the “dreaded black line’, fracture of the anterior tibial cortex. In this video we discuss the pivotal role of bone biomechanics, especially the bending moment in the formation of tibial stress fracture.
